What are we covering?
Start with how many rooms. One room is a complete kit — outdoor, wall head, and line set in the box. Two or more rooms is a multi-zone: one outdoor unit, a head in each room. Field estimate, not a Manual J. Odd layouts, huge glass, or a shop with overhead doors — call and we’ll size it.

That’s a multi-zone — one outdoor, a separate indoor head in each room. 230V. Not Hyper Heat.
This is a multi-zone
One outdoor unit. A wall head in each room, sized to that room. Line set length is how far that head sits from the outdoor. Indoor heads on the factory chart stop at 24k. Hyper Heat is not a multi-zone DIY kit.
Main job
DIY multi-zone still heats, but it is not Hyper Heat. If one room has to carry the house through −20°F, a single Hyper Heat kit is the stronger winter performer.
