- We walk through your equipment together. Tell us about your property. We review all the HVAC-related equipment with you — what you have, how old it is, and how you use it.
- We design your plan. Together we agree on a tailored maintenance plan: what gets serviced, when, and how often. You get a clear custom quote — no fixed price list.
- We take care of it. Scheduled visits, written notes on what we find, priority status when you call, and 15% off service calls for the whole term.

Filters and any supplies are included in your quote price. Repairs outside the plan are quoted separately.

Multi-year options
Choose a 1-, 3- or 5-year plan. Multi-year plans take 10% (3 years) or 15% (5 years) off the price of your scheduled Comfort Club maintenance visits. That contract discount applies to the plan's maintenance visits. Every term — 1, 3 or 5 years — includes priority status and 15% off service calls for the full term of your contract. Contract totals are due upfront on approval; we accept cash, check and major credit cards. Other terms are provided in your agreement.

How much does it cost?
Every property is different, so we quote your plan after we review your equipment together. There's no fixed price list and no pressure — request your review and we'll put a number in writing.
What's included in a visit?
A full operational check of the equipment on your plan, cleaning and service as applicable, and written notes on anything we find. Filters and any supplies are included in your quote price. Anything outside the plan is quoted separately.
How do I pay? Are filters extra?
Contract totals are due upfront on approval; we accept cash, check and major credit cards. Filters and any supplies are included in your quote price.
Is Comfort Club insurance or a warranty?
No. It's a maintenance plan. It isn't a substitute for insurance or a manufacturer warranty, and repairs aren't covered by the plan fee — members get 15% off service calls.
Can it include my water heater and boiler?
Yes — water heater flushes and boiler tune-ups can be part of your plan.
